HOTEL ROOMS: We have held 20 sleeping rooms on both Friday and Saturday night at a discounted rate. Please call as soon as you can to make your reservation. They will reserve more rooms if they are needed (and if they are available) – so be sure to call soon. We would like to encourage everyone to stay at the Hilton Clearwater Beach and enjoy the entire weekend!
Friday, July 20th:
7:00 p.m.: Please join us for hors d'oeuvres
(Cash bar will be available)
Saturday, July 21st:
11 a.m.-3 p.m.: We are planning a Beach/Poolside Get Together from 11:00 am until 3:00pm at the Hilton. This is not a formal gathering, but just a casual get-together with anyone interested. Drinks and snacks may be purchased at the Sand Bar & Grill by the pool.
Saturday Evening, July 21st (Semi-formal Dinner) -
We
will have a DJ, class photo sitting, candid pictures and formal portraits
taken by a professional photographer (available to purchase with checks &
cash only that evening), slide show presentation (please send in 1-2
pictures!), dinner, dancing, and awards.
6 p.m.: Registration
7 p.m.: Class Photo
7:30 p.m.: Welcome and Invocation
7:45 p.m.: Formal Dinner
8:30 p.m.: Slide Show and Awards
9-11:00 p.m.: Dancing/Celebrating
After the "official" party, join us in the hotel bar until it closes at 2 a.m.
